Since the return of Offline, Joker has seen something of a decline. After MKLeo and Zackray successfully piloted the character to numerous major victories, both players have since put less – or no – emphasis on him in the post-Pandemic period.
Despite this, the character tracking stats on the OrionStats TTS has held Joker up as a top 10 character. Out of 12 periods tracked – mostly using individual months – Joker has remained Top 10 on the last 11. His only sub-10th placement was a tied 11th on the minimalist May 2020 to April 2021 period, which largely only sampled events from France and Japan, with no majors accounted for.
All-in-all, despite a decline, Joker has remained a total mainstay even without the backing of top 10 players regularly using him. Today, we’ll take a look at who is using him, and where.
